It really sucks to work for a person who keeps changing their minds, as all it does is create more work with less results. It'd be a helluva lot easier for the boss to actually sit and think about what they want before telling people to change what they've done already, especially since it ends up being changed about five more times after that. Grrrrrrrrr!
