Positive reinforcement!
The below post-its are from the last batch o' freelance I did. Yeah, the batch that nearly killed me. It was almost worth it since they actually gave me positive notes:
Which I hope to remember that the next time I direct, I pass the idea along of leaving more positive feedback notes on story artists' boards.
I'm just amused that I'm called a funny lady.
