Here's a post on the infamous Anibator(who seems to have fallen silent again)and his views of women in the industry that she posted on her blog. She even gives a possible solution to some of the problems within the industry. The anonymous whiners won't like it, however.

I've only met her on the phone while working with her (Mudsock snagged her autograph as she went by his office the other day though) - you'd like her. She's a hoot! A super=quirky-very-intelligent-ultra-talented-super-sassy lady... guaranteed to raise your eyebrows and put a grin on your face... She probably won't remember me but I'll always remember that job with her... Not a friend for the faint-of-heart. I liked her!
